  No. Flow is an open, public blockchain network originally created by Dapper Labs and now stewarded by an independent ecosystem of developers, validators, and the Flow Foundation. Dapper Labs is one of many companies building products on Flow.

• Who founded Dapper Labs?
  Dapper Labs was founded by Roham Gharegozlou and Dieter Shirley in 2018, spun out of Axiom Zen. The team had previously launched CryptoKitties in 2017, the first consumer use case for NFTs to break through.
